Women are friendly staff are fantastic, all day pass then paid to use the Sauna makes no sense but to be fair I asked on return and I was told it is better to have a day pass. I enjoy my visits here it's clean friendly warm welcoming individual rooms, for beauty Pilates ect local to town centre public transport parking nearby. I used to be a member at the old premises and I like this one better. Well done team instructors Aeesha Ewa get my support for any classes as they are the best at what they deliver.
